Care about the most precious ones

1Our products (woven labels, leather labels, rivets, D-rings, eyelets, buckles, bond ends, adjusters, rings, badges, cord stoppers, snaps, pullers, hook and eyes, bridges and buttons) are certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 with the best ranking Class 1, the most rigorous certification designed specifically for newborns through toddlers up to the age of three. This means that these products are tested for harmful substances at the strictest limit values independently and certified at all stages of production. These inspections cover more than 300 chemicals considered to be dangerous to a baby’s health such as residual pesticides, carcinogenic dyestuffs, phthalates, lead, heavy metals and formaldehyde. In addition to testing for harmful chemicals, color fastness is tested to ensure that dyes don’t dissolve in babies’ mouth or rub off onto babies’ skin. The results of the inspections have shown that these products meet the human-ecological requirements of the state-of-the-art medical knowledge. Furthermore, they fulfil the requirements of Annex XVII of REACH (incl. the use of azo dyes, nickel etc.) as well as the American CPSC’s requirement regarding the total content of lead in children’s articles and Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). This covers not only the production processes but includes the finishing as well. We care for our most precious ones and offer safe and sustainable products for our partners.

Always the highest quality

2Since we are working for unique projects only, we do not operate a “one size fits all” approach at all. To achieve the best outcome, we need to look for the best approach. At this point, we have to assure a collaborative progress with our customers. This is why we are investing for understanding our customers’ needs better. We are working hard to deliver them high quality solutions, whilst continuously reviewing and improving our way of working. Thanks to our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, we can assure our customers that we are working in a proven and consistent approach where their satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Our certified engineers with Six Sigma belts observe the production and eliminate any errors. We always try to improve our customer service standards and complaint management with our ISO 10002:2014 certified customer satisfaction system. We regularly ask for our customers’ feedback and keep on doing things that work well. Of course, we cannot imagine quality without occupational health and safety. Therefore, we have completed the OHSAS 18001:2007 certification. This helps us to achieve the maximum return for our employees, our operations and our customers.

REBIL Group is FSC certified

Sustainable Production for a Better World

3REBIL Group is certified by Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and in the European market uses exclusively certified papers from FSC certified paper mills. This makes sure that our purchases come from responsibly managed forests and stops arbitrary deforestation. Furthermore, we encourage the use of recycled paper. Upon request, we can also use sustainable vegetable-based (soy, canola or coconut) inks with the latest mineral-oil free technology. This gives us the possibility to use renewable raw materials to the highest possible proportion and to minimize or eliminate petroleum-based mineral oils. Such inks comply with EN 71/3 (suitability for toy packaging), CONEG (heavy metal regulation) as well as with ISO 2846-1 and allow printing in accordance to ISO 12647-2. For sure, the use of renewable resources is a contribution to environmental sustainability. This not only gives us peace of mind but also helps us to work with like-minded partners. This way we also drive other organizations in the whole supply chain to adapt their own practices as well.

We are also ISO 50001:2011 certified which is an energy management standard to manage energy – including all aspects of energy procurement and use. This helps us to establish a structure and discipline to implement technical and managerial strategies that significantly cut energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions. Besides, our whole environmental management system is certified by ISO 14001:2015. This is a systematic framework to manage the immediate and long-term environmental impacts of our products, services and processes. We can assure that our environmental management system meets international industry-specific environmental standards. Furthermore, we are using the Higg Index to identify important areas of activities in our supply chain because of our beliefs in environmental, social and labor aspects. This way we can achieve a great transparency about our environmental impact and benchmark our own sustainability performance when compared to the other stakeholders in the whole global supply chain. Hence, the whole industry will be able to report more specifically on water, energy and raw material consumption, waste and wastewater in the future. This will accelerate more innovations for green products as well. Let’s save our resources and make the world a better place for our children!
